You seem to have trapped yourself in a corner, creating a situation in your personl affairs in which the only option is the one you now dont want. It's not as bad as you think: afterall, the only person keeping you trapped is you, and to escape all you have to do is say no at the right moment and walk away. The damage, both to heart and to your pride, will mend soon enough.
