Four days and two thousand five hundred staples later, I've finally finished knitting my staples sample ! It was supposed to be a long rectangle but I decided to cut it short and do a triangle instead haha, my fingernails are aching :(

I took a look at my bank account today.
Okay first, I need to go on a Shopping Fast. Shopping for shoes/clothes/books/fabrics/food/blahblah/whatever no more. I dont buy expensive things. I just buy many inexpensive things :( And second, I need a job badly. I just saw a couple of flyering jobs.. and people needed for a psychology experiment ahhhhh hahaha.

Aye, at least I've started packing my meals already; and bringin my own beverage in the customized starbucks tumbler given by Derrick, Justine, Lionel, Shiming & Yulin (: My plan for the next month is to save on food and grocery shopping, but it's so easy to get carried away esp in Waitrose or Morrisons ! But if in the highly unlikely case all goes well, I might still have abit of money left for miscellaneous stuff. So rubbish. I'm so tempted to say my life sucks but it doesnt ! More like, I shld start writing down my expenses agn !

I figured it's a good investment since I'll be in London for another three years, which is a very long time but not THAT a long time teehee.

Wah I'm so sad, I got outbid for my shoes/boots on ebay :( :( :( And so I went shoe-hunting agn haha, and I just came across this lovely pair of asos boots. So pretty it makes both Rae and I go "AHHH SO PRETTY !!!!" HAHA. Okay, I know I shldnt be shopping for shoes right now, cos I just bought a pair last week, and another a few weeks back. Ok wrong, I shldnt even be shopping right now. HAIYAR BUT STILL. I'm a shoe freak, if you dont already know. I dont vary my shoes that much when I go out, because I'm always thinking of things which can ruin my shoes (i.e. rain), or my comfort (i.e. wind), so I'm always sticking to my old/seasoned ones.

Okla, stop talking Wei Lin, back to work.

Ooh yessss, daylight savings just started ! It was 0100 an hour ago and now, it's still 0100 ! hahaha I've got an hour more !! :D

And I painted my nails today too ! It's been awhile since my nails felt pretty so I'm really happy today haha :D So easily contented, gosh !

I went into a bookstore today, and spent more time weighing the pros and cons of getting a book than actually looking for a good book. Pros being feeding my soul, and cons being spending $$$.

I was,
1. Picking up a book
2. Deliberating
3. Putting it down again

I repeated the above steps over and over again for about an hour, before finally leaving the store empty-handed. I think if I was watching myself, I'll get very annoyed. Oh and I went grocery shopping instead, cos I decided that feeding my body was more impt hahaha !! Gosh, I can be so indecisive at times. Tsktsk.

I had my first watching-movie-in-london's-cinema experience today ! Caught Surrogates with lovely people Alex Boris Jiayi Rae Xiufang <3 I believe there'll be more movie outings to come haha, & I cant believe we gave in to snog temptation ! Greedy people, each with our very own special snog classic this time (except for JY & XF who shared). Oh and I'll give the movie a 3.5/5 for interesting concept, lil twists here and there, but slipshod ending scene of Bruce Willis trying to save humanity in the lab.

My college mates were surprised to know that it was my first time knitting; that says alot- Either I'm a fast learner or I'm just good at it ! Hahaha righttt. I am just able to concentrate even amidst disturbance (i.e. multiple conversations). Okay, maybe cos all I do is just laugh/giggle/smile at what ppl say HAHA. Haiyoh.

Keep thinking today's friday despite knowing it's thursday. So I was totally just idling away until about 5minutes ago when I realised that hello, I've still got sch tmr !? Zz.

This isn't torture.

Torture happens in small, dark rooms in countries with names you struggle to spell.

This is just mildly unpleasant.

This isn't heroism.

Heroism happens in churches that are also schools, performed by teachers with no names and no place to stay.

This is just a good deed for the day.

I feel quite motivated these days to work hard or lik, read something artyfarty. AND, I'm feeling quite healthy compared to the last time when I was in London hee. I can eat lik, apples and salads for meals.

By the way, I went to JOY just now and fell in love with a bag. Which costs 59pounds after student discount ahhhhh. So I thought I'll try my luck at Urban Outfitters since it's having an online sale right now. But I selected a few bags and after one round of budget-check, I was left with none to choose. Whylikethat whylikethat :( I'm so sad, I need a sch/gngout bag like nooowww.

Okayy, I shall stop whining.

And so.. that was potluck on Saturday (:
Pictures of food were searched, carefully chosen from Google Images and put together using Adobe Photoshop. We dint manage to take actual pictures of our homecooked food cos well, too hungry already haha ! And okay, I dint cook. I bought four seasons duck tgt with Kellie and Sissi hahaha :> Oh and pictures of humans are on facebook.. sorry non-facebookusers, too lazy.

Aye, staple bullets and glue are ruining my poor fingers and nails :( It is was 0121 and I am was working on my proj though I'm only having lectures later (meaning, I dont have to submit/show anyth but just bring me myself and I to school). I'm like so hardworking now ? HA.

& Wah I talked to lik, six people in Singapore on the phone today and only spent like 4SGD so far ?!! Awesome.

Haiya, I just did an art experiment which I imagined to be superwickedawesome, but turned out looking like.. crap haha :| And walau, my whole room's like warzone. No spaceeeee. Thank God I dint apply for the twin room at Woburn, or my roomie will hate me for life. Sometimes I look at my luggage and wonder how long will it be on the floor, opened and unpacked.. ohwell.

I miss my friends in Singapore :(
